San Diego Chargers VS. San Francisco 49ers - Qualcomm Stadium – 7PM
The Chargers look forward to capping their preseason this Thursday, finishing up against the visiting San Francisco 49ers. Come show some support for the Chargers as they get ready for the start of the NFL regular season.

FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 2ND
Gallopalooza – Gallagher’ Irish Pub
Head over to experience the first 3 day music festival in a bar! With crazy drink specials, and bands playing all day and night, this event is going to be a blast!
Festival of Sail Thursday through Monday
From September 1-5, the Festival of Sail is the Largest tall ship festival on the west coast. See over 20 tall ships and other vessels. Watch the parade and then visit the Maritime Museum or just hang out and shop at the vendor booths with arts and crafts and other unique items. Enjoy good food and live bands as well as cannon battles and bay cruise tours. It is sure to be a fun weekend for all!
San Diego Padres VS Colorado Rockies
Watch the San Diego Padres take on the Colorado Rockies for the third series this season. September 2-4, take in a game at Petco Park in the beautiful San Diego sunshine. Game times are at 7:05, 5:35 and 1:05 PM PDT.
San Diego Contemporary Art Fair – September 1-4

More than 60 leading galleries from the USA, Canada, Europe, Latin America, and Asia will be taking part.Presenting first class art and an interactive art experience in a setting that is sophisticated and contemporary. Experience a great diversity of art viewing, talks, films, culinary events and music and dance performances in a more intimate setting.

San Diego summer sunset festival
A time to share traditional foods, enjoy songs and dances of the Polynesian Islands and to give thanks to our family, friends and guests from other lands and cultures. Doors open at 6pm where you will be greeted by live Hawaiian music at 6:30. The buffet and entertainment begin at 6:45, while performances start at 8.

East Village Random Acts of Art - From 1PM. to 6 PM.
A slew of funky East Village shops and restaurants will host local artists and display their work. It’s all part of East Village Random Acts of Art, a one-day initiative that encourages SD residents to embark on a self-guided tour of this burgeoning neighborhood’s vibrant art scene.The art walk winds down before the first pitch of the Padres game, you’ll have plenty of time to sneak in a little culture before rooting for the home team.

Ben Harper will make his debut on the new seaside stage at the Del Mar Summer concert series. Admission is free to race fans. For Saturday and Sunday events, guests must be 18 years and up or accompanied by parent.
