Egg Hunt & Festival: This is The Kroc Center’s tenth annual free community Easter Egg Hunts and festival celebration. This community gathering offers entertainment for children, adults and families.  This is a safe, fun and free place to spend your Easter.




Spring Egg HuntStandely Park Easter Egg Hunt

Where: Standley Recreation Center

Date: March 30, 2013 

Time: 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Ages: 0 to 10

Spring Egg Hunt festival: Get a basket for your children and arrive early at the Standley Recreation Center. Don’t forget to meet in gym. There will be opportunities to win a gift basket for every age group. Children will also be able to partake in face painting and crafting tasks. Egg hunt starts at 10 a.m.



Egg HuntTorrey Hills Easter Egg Hunt

Where:  Torrey Hills

Time: 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.

Ages: 0 – 9+

Torrey Hills Spring Egg Hunt: This egg hunt festival includes Easter egg hunting, bounce house, face painting, games, crafts and more! The egg hunt will take place at Torrey Hills Community Park. Please don’t forget to bring your own baskets.





Annual Egg HuntEaster Bunny Hug

Where: Dos Picos County Park

Date: March 30, 2013

Time: 10 a.m.

Ages:  3 age groups: 0-2, 3-5 and 6-10.

Goodie filled annual Egg Hunt event: This annual egg hunt event offers 4,000 goodie filled eggs for children. Parents are asked to donate $1 per egg. After the hunt, children can take part in a Candy Land game. Kids will also meet the Easter bunny! So stick around for photos and furry hugs.

Time: 10 a.m. – 1 p.m.

Egg Hunt: Come celebrate spring with music, games, arts and crafts and a Fun Zone complete with bounce houses, a giant slide, obstacle courses and a chance to “soak the bunny.” Free admission, but $5 donation is required to participate. This Easter egg hunts festival is offering varieties of hands-on fun for kids.

Egg Hunt at Seagrove Park: Families and children join the festivities at the Annual Egg Hunt in Seagrove Park. The Easter Bunny will be hopping through Del Mar, so don’t forget to bring your Easter basket, camera and a picnic lunch for afterward. Advance reservations are required as space is limited. Egg Hunt and Breakfast: All divers and their families are invited to participate in the Easter Egg Hunts and share a great breakfast featuring piping hot pancakes of all shapes and sizes. Also grab some eggs, sausage and bacon, topped off with hot coffee, cocoa and juice. While the divers head down to the water the younger attendees will be treated to a Children’s Easter Egg Hunt, taking place at 10:00 a.m. in Kellogg Park.




Holiday Breakfast and Egg Hunt

Holiday Egg Hunt and Breakfast: Bring the whole family for a pancake & sausage breakfast with Peter Cottontail at The Williams Barn. Tickets can be purchased at the door. Bring a bag or basket for each child because after breakfast, at 10:15 a.m., toddlers through 5th graders are invited to the community “Holiday Egg Hunt” where eggs with prizes are hidden throughout the park. Come early to have your picture taken with Peter Cottontail and enjoy carnival games and party bounce houses. Breakfast will cost $5 for adults, $4 for youth (10 & under). Egg hunt & carnival will cost $5.00 per family.



Children’s Spring Festival & Egg HuntEaster Egg Basket

Where: Solana Beach

Date: March 30, 2013

Time: 10:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Ages: 3rd Grade & Under.

Egg Hunt: Egg hunt with treat-filled plastic eggs. Bring your own bag or basket. Egg hunt begins at 10:30 a.m. with 15 minutes to find your eggs. Games and refreshments will be provided after the hunt, from 10:45 a.m. until noon.







Teas & Brunch at the WestgateChampagne Brunch

Time: 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Egg Hunt & Activities: The Westgate hotel offers Easter Champagne Brunch with fresh seafood, made to order omelets, carving stations and desserts, and even a buffet for the children on Easter Sunday. Children will also get a visit from the Easter Bunny. Other activities offered by the hotel are a magician’s show and egg hunt. Cost will be $65 per adult, $29 for children under 12 (tax and gratuity additional).
