Upwards of 30 stages host live music along the course while 2,000 cheerleaders encourage runners to the finish line. The race weekend also includes a two-day Health & Fitness Expo where you’ll find the latest in gear, services and apparel.

With direction by Michael Mayer (Spring Awakening), choreography by Steven Hoggett (Black Watch) and orchestrations and arrangements by Tom Kitt (Next to Normal), the result is an experience Charles Isherwood of The New York Times declares “thrilling, emotionally charged, and as moving as any Broadway musical I’ve seen this year!”

Description: The new tour offers his global fan base a brand new show packed with more laughs than ever before. Dunham’s famed troupe of sidekicks are back: Walter the Grumpy Retiree, Achmed the Dead Terrorist, the beer-fueled redneck Bubba J, the manic purple creature Peanut, the spicy pepper from south of the border José Jalapeño, and Peanut’s own ventriloquist dummy Little Jeff, a mini-version of the ringmaster himself.

His style has been described as “a dressed-down, more digestible version of Don Rickles with multiple personality disorder.” Describing his characters, Time observes, “All of them are politically incorrect, gratuitously insulting and ill tempered.” Dunham has been credited with reviving ventriloquism, and doing more to promote the art form than anyone since Edgar Bergen.

Webb Theater in Santa Ana, CA. and follows the enormous success of Pablo’s last stand-up special, “Ouch!” which continues to stay on the networks most requested list.

Description: Established in 2009 and based out of Los Angeles, Lady Zep has performed shows across Southern California and beyond. The Sunset Strip has been the home of many Lady Zep shows, places that include the House of Blues and the Key Club. Melissa Jane, Leanne, Miiko, and Marija have banded together to play the eternal heavy jams of one of the greatest bands of all time.

Where: Highway 79, Warner Spring

Description: Shadow Mountain Vineyard and Winery is hosting the 5th Annual Antique Road Show at their quaint and silently beautiful vineyard. You’re invited to bring a Donation of $25.00 which will serve you well with a delicious lunch and the cover the cost of the appraisal of your first antique item. (Additional appraisals $10.00 each). In a previous year one painting was appraised at $1,200.00.

The event begins with registering your item with a professional appraiser from 12:00 Noon until 1:00PM. This is a lovely way to spend your first Saturday in June. All proceeds will go to Warner Springs Resource Center who in turn help many, many families in need of food and clothing.

The show will feature works by guest artist Kathryn Nova Williams, and resident artists Lindsay Duff, David Hovsepian, Anna Kassel, Ginger Louise, Christian Michaels, and James Stone, Susan Takano. The show runs through June 14. The gallery is open Tuesdays through Fridays 3-9pm, Saturdays and Sundays 1-7pm.
