Where: Taste & Thirst on Fourth San Diego

Description: Drink Specials for at least three hours at each location include: $2 draft beers; $3 well mixers; $4 shots (whiskey).

What:  St. Patrick’s Day Parade and Festival

When: Saturday, March 16, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Where: DowntownVista, Santa FeAvenue at Main Street,Vista

Description: Featuring Irish fiddler, clogger, vocalist, Celia Fawley, as grand marshall. Also including food vendors, a tented beer garden, live music, clogging, floats, and children’s contests for most-freckled and reddest-head. The parade begins at 10:00 a.m. from the corner of Citrus and Broadway.

When: Saturday, March 16, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Where: DowntownVista

Description: Entertainment begins at noon with Celia Lawley and her trio, followed by Steelin’ Tin. Beer Garden will be tented just south of Main Street on Indiana and will feature local Aztec brews.

When: Saturday, March 16, 2 p.m. to 2 a.m.

Where: Gaslamp Quarter Fifth Avenue San Diego

Description: This 12-hour long celebration includes no cover admission to 20 St. Paddy’s Eve parties guided by leprechauns and Irish fairies, 11 drinks at 11 different venues, official opening and closing party, and additional perks. Come in sexy green costumes or kilts in true Irish fashion.
