San Diego is a lovely city on the Pacific coast of California recognized for its scenic beaches, magnificent parks and temperate climate. Immense Bboa Park is the major site of the famed San Diego Zoo, plus numerous art galleries, museums, studios and gardens. Among the most famous ones are the Petco Park, where tourists can take their dogs for a walk or ride on an old-fashioned dirt bike; La Jolla Cove, a sandy oasis surrounded by water; the Children’s Park, the first children-friendly public park in California; and Mission Bay Park, which features a beautiful beach and a giant clock.
