The House of Blues presents The Kooks this Wednesday, February 29 in downtown San Diego for a special live performance!

The Kooks are on tour in promotion of their newest album, Junk of the Heart, the band’s third project which shoes offthe English indie rockers’ intoxicating sounds. Self-described “musical whores”, The Kooks have drawn on a number of varied sources to create their indie pop sound. Listing The Rolling Stones, The Beatles, Bob Dylan and Chris de Burgh among their influences the band have gradually developed both their song writing style and musical presentation over the course of their three albums.
