Bobby Lee Live at the Grand Opening of The American Comedy Co this Thursday, March 1!
The American Comedy Company invite the public to their Grand Opening on March 1st, 2012where they will be showcasing Bobby Lee, a native of San Diego, for the opening weekend. Lee was noticed at a young age by Frank Burns, manager of La Jolla’s Comedy Store and then in 1995 was spotted by Pauly Shore who asked the comedian to open for him in Las Vegas. From here, Lee met Shore’s mother, owner of the Comedy Store and soon Lee became a regular at the club, eventually touring the road with good friend Carlos Mencia. In summer 2004, Lee appeared in the big screen comedy “Harold & Kumar Go to White Castle,” and in 2007 he appeared in “Kickin It Old Skool.” Lee was a regular on MADtv and has numerous film and television appearances to add to the resume.
The American Comedy Company will be San Diego’s Gaslamp Quarter first-of-its-kind stand-up comedy club, and they are coming in hot. Bobby Lee wil be performing at American Comedy Co. on Thursday, March 1st at 8pm, again on Friday, March 2nd at 8pm & 10pm and yet again on Saturday, March 3rd at 8pm and 10pm.
