Description: One of our city’s oldest beer festivals returns to the streets of Little Italy this Friday and will showcase 60 breweries, plus food vendors and live music. As always, proceeds will benefit the local non-profit Professionals Against Cancer. Tickets are $40.

Description: StayClassy is hosting the fourth annual Classy Awards, which honor the non-profits, social conscious businesses and individuals who go out of their way to make the world a better place. It’s a black-tie awards show, with speakers and live entertainment, followed by an after party at the Marriott downtown at the Civic Theatre. Tickets are $49 and up.
What: Entrepreneur Day

Description: The event was created to embrace the young, entrepreneurial spirit, and recognize emerging small businesses in our city. The packed day has everything from professional speakers and social media workshops, to beer gardens and fashion shows. Best of all, it’s free and open to the public.
What: Encinitas Oktoberfest
When: Sunday, September 23 from 10am to 5pm
Where: Mountain Vista Drive and El Camino Real
Description: The fall Oktoberfest season kicks off Sunday up in Encinitas with the 17th annual Encinitas Oktoberfest. The free event is a North County tradition, with 200 vendors, tons of German beer and food, live bands, dance performances and a kids fun zone.
What: ArtWalk on the Bay

Where: Hilton San Diego Bayfront’s outdoor park
Description: ArtWalk on the Bay will come to life at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront’s outdoor park. It’s another free event for the whole family, with fine art, music, food and interactive kids activities.
