San Diego Comic-Con 2013 is one of the most awaited entertainment expo of this year.
The celebration of comic, movies, films along with celebrity appearances makes it a worthwhile event to look forward to. The Comic-Con convention gets around 500,000 visitors per year and is held at the San Diego Convention Center near San Diego Gaslamp Quarter. Comic-Con is a signature summertime event for San Diego and this year you will enjoy San Diego Comic-Con from July 18 – 21, 2013.
San Diego Gaslamp in downtown has lots of restaurants, shops, hotels, and entertainment options and the Comic-Con just brings out all the color of California. This year’s comic-con will start off with Preview Night on Wednesday, July 17. The 2013 Comic-Con convention is the 44th year for the show.
Comic-con being the largest comics and pop culture event in the United States and attracts artists, celebrities and fans of comic books and everyone who admires the pop culture. Traditional comic-con events include an eclectic film program, screening rooms devoted to Japanese animation, gaming, as well as over 350 hours of other programming on all aspects of comic books and pop culture.
Comic-Con can be once in a lifetime, most exhilarating and an unforgettable experience for you. You will have the opportunity to be Batman or Spiderman for a day at Comic-Con International. You can relive all childhood memories and can fulfill those teenage dreams of saving the world and becoming a super hero. Don’t forget to visit the autograph area, as well as the Artists’ Alley. You will find your favorite comics artists signing autographs and selling or doing free sketches as per fan requests.
