Description: Featuring a photo booth inspired by war posters, a military color guard performance, a featured cocktail, pinup body paint “tattoo” station, and more, November Culture & Cocktails takes inspiration from Women, War, and Industry. This exhibition highlights World War I and II era posters, photographs, and contemporary works documenting, propagating, and/or reacting to war.

The 14th Annual San Diego Asian Film Festival starts Novemberember 7 and is set to excite San Diegans with its diverse line-up of 130 films from 15 countries. This year, bigger is definitely better with the additions of more films and locations including UCSD, North Park, Del Mar, and Encinitas. Description: Cost: Chorus Breviarii presents a concert of Gregorian Chant propers from the mass and office of St. Didacus of Alcala, patron saint and namesake of the City of San Diego, coinciding with the saint’s feast day on Novemberember 13. The concert will take place in The Hibben Gallery, across the Rotunda from the recently acquired Pedro de Mena sculpture of San Diego. Chorus Breviarii San Diego, under the musical direction of John Polhamus, was organized in 2001 and is San Diego’s premier, liturgical, chant ensemble.
