Description: As one of the longest-running and most respected cultural programs in San Diego, the San Diego Latino Film Festival (SDLFF) is an 11-day juried film/video exhibition of work celebrating Latino artists and Latino genre.
The festival hosts guest filmmakers’ appearances, workshops, live music, art exhibitions and gala celebrations. With new films from Latin America, Spain, U.S.A, Mexico and other parts of the world in celebration of Latino film, art, and culture this is an eleven day film festival you DON’T want to miss. Choose from over 160 films and feature Arte Latino exhibits, musical performances, after parties, filmmaker workshops, guest Latino celebrities from the hottest TV shows and feature films and its first-ever Creative Careers Expo.

Crime/Drama – Argentina
Buenos Aires in the 1980s: Detective Chavez (DEMIÁN BICHIR), a family man and a tough cop, is tasked with solving an enigmatic murder. As the mystery surrounding this crime deepens, Detective Chavez realizes he must trust an untested rookie of dubious intentions to solve the case.
