Golf Fest at Riverwalk Golf Club (Friday and Saturday)
The 15th annual Golf Fest provides golfers the opportunity to get the 411 on everything new and exciting in the world of golf. The show features incredible deals from top golf companies including TaylorMade and Titleist plus great values on clothing, golf resorts, golf tee times, and emerging golf company products and services. There will be lots of entertainment and activities for golfers and non-golfers of all ages, including free lessons, golf trick shows, hole in one contest and beer tastings. With paid admission, Friday attendees will receive a FREE round of golf at The Vineyard at Escondido and Saturday attendees will receive a FREE round of golf at Riverwalk Golf Club. Admission is only $10 and free for kids under 10.
The Wild Card Comedy Show at On Broadway
On Broadway’s Wild Card Comedy Show keeps our bellies full of laughter every month and the show this Friday will be no exception. Starting the night out will be a dinner accoustic performance by BULKY JONES. The night will be hosted by Clutch Clint McLaughlin with the comedy mastermind of Rajan Dharni, Mike Wentz, Quartez Wynn, Fiduce and Duke Michaels. Tickets are $10 online or $15 at the door.

Spring Busker Festival at Seaport Village (Saturday and Sunday)
Head over to Seaport Village this weekend for its 6th annual Spring Busker Festival from 12 p.m. – 5 p.m (with the after dark version going from 6pm to 10pm). The celebration brings colorful street performers like sword swallowers, jugglers on unicycles, escape artists and comedic stuntmen all together for our very own enjoyment. The shops, restaurants and eateries will add to to the appeal with special sales. While the Spring Busker Festival is free of charge, all buskers will be accepting tips.
San Diego Mud Run 5k at Cuyamaca College
Spring is here and while some may be gearing up for some good ole spring cleaning, others are ready to get down and dirty. This Saturday, leave the cleaning supplies at home and challenge yourself to a 5k run complicated by hills, obstacles, tunnel crawls and 4 ft. walls covered in slippery mud. Crazy costumes are encouraged, and so is the family! This Mud Run is a family-friendly event with proceeds to benefit the children of Sonshine Haven and USO San Diego. The race begins at 10am on the grounds of Skyline Church in the Rancho San Diego area, and there is a free shuttle from Cuyamaca College. Individual registration fees start at $50.
San Diego Festival of Science and Engineering Expo at Petco Park
The weeklong celebration culminates this Saturday for EXPO DAY at PETCO Park from 10am-5pm. This free event will feature more than 100 activity booths, performances by “Sid the Science Kid” and opportunities to meet local scientists and engineers. Get ready to “excite your mind”!
Showstopper with DJ Karma at FLUXX

Hot Chocolate 15k & 5K in East Village
How about a little chocolate as some motivation to get up and running? San Diego’s sweetest race treats participants to an after party with Ghirardelli hot chocolate, fondue and more chocolate treats, as well as a goodie bag with a custom black running jacket. You have to put in the work to get the reward so register today for the race which starts and finishes in downtown San Diego’s East Village, with both 15k and 5k options for every fitness level.
16th Annual Rolando Street Fair on Rolando Blvd
The Rolando Street Fair is a popular, free event for the family from 10am to 6pm this Sunday. There will be a variety of musical entertainment, rides and activities for kids, a food court, and booths containing an array of unique merchandise and services.
All Day Happy Hour at Suite and Tender Se San Diego Hotel

Doug Benson at The American Comedy Co
If you’re a NBC’s Last Comic Standing fan then you should recognize the name, Doug Benson.
